CUSTOM BUSINESS BOTS

Turn repeatable business work into controlled bots.

Edgitek designs workflow bots around your real triggers, data, rules and actions—from zone-wise operations and courier/TCS flows to DC dispatch, approvals, stock, collections, reporting and custom API automation.

BOT USE CASES

A bot can be built around almost any repeatable workflow.

These are examples—not a fixed catalog. The final bot is configured around your systems, business rules, APIs, permissions and human approval points.

ZONE

Zone / Territory Bot

Applies zone, territory, route or customer-area rules to assignments, pricing, follow-up, reporting or operational actions.

Explore →
TCS

TCS / Courier Bot

Creates or tracks shipments, synchronizes courier status and handles delivery exceptions where the courier API or approved integration is available.

Explore →
DC

DC / Dispatch Bot

Coordinates distribution-center or dispatch workflows such as release checks, loading status, handoff and delivery readiness.

Explore →
ORD

Order Confirmation Bot

Validates order details, confirms customer information and routes exceptions before fulfillment.

Explore →
STK

Inventory / Stock Bot

Monitors stock conditions, low-stock rules, movement exceptions and replenishment triggers across connected systems.

Explore →
REC

Collection / Recovery Bot

Prioritizes receivables, follows up customers, records promises and escalates overdue exceptions.

Explore →
APR

Approval Bot

Routes requests according to authority limits, collects approvals and records the decision trail.

Explore →
RPT

Report & Alert Bot

Builds scheduled or event-driven summaries and sends the right operational alert to the right people.

Explore →
PUR

Vendor / Purchase Bot

Supports RFQ, supplier follow-up, purchase status and procurement handoffs using approved business rules.

Explore →
SYNC

Data Sync Bot

Moves approved data between ERP, CRM, ecommerce, spreadsheets or APIs with validation and exception handling.

Explore →
DOC

Document Bot

Reads, classifies or prepares business documents and routes them into the appropriate workflow.

Explore →
API

Custom API Bot

Runs a business-specific workflow across connected APIs, rules, schedules and human approval points.

BOT ARCHITECTURE

Trigger → context → rules → action → control.

We do not begin with a chat window. We begin with the operating workflow.

01

Trigger

Define what starts the bot: order, schedule, status change, message, file, threshold or manual request.

02

Context

Connect the approved customer, shipment, inventory, finance, ERP, CRM or API data the bot needs.

03

Rules & Reasoning

Apply business rules, zone logic, decision criteria or AI reasoning only where it is useful.

04

Action

Update systems, create tasks, send messages, call APIs, prepare reports or route work.

05

Human Control

Keep approvals and exception escalation where business impact requires a person.

06

Audit & Improve

Record status and outcomes so the workflow can be reviewed and improved.

NOT LIMITED TO PREBUILT BOTS

If the workflow can be described, we can evaluate whether it can become a bot.

A Zone Bot, TCS/Courier Bot or DC Bot is not a separate generic chatbot product. It is a business automation designed around your system and operating rules. Some bots can run inside Edgitek CRM, Growth, ERP or other products; others can be delivered as custom integrations or dedicated services. Provider APIs and account permissions must be available for actions such as courier booking, shipment tracking or external-system updates.

BOT QUESTIONS

What a custom business bot can—and cannot—do.

The operating boundary is agreed before automation is enabled.

Can you make a bot for our own business process?+

Yes. We map the trigger, data, business rules, actions, permissions and exceptions before deciding the implementation.

Can a bot work zone-wise?+

Yes. Zone, territory, route, branch or customer-area logic can be applied when the source data and business rules are available.

Can a bot integrate with TCS or another courier?+

Yes where the courier provides an approved API or integration method and the required account credentials/permissions are available.

Can a DC or dispatch bot update ERP?+

Yes where the ERP exposes the required data and controlled write actions. High-impact actions can remain approval-gated.

Does every bot need AI?+

No. Many reliable bots are better built with deterministic rules and APIs. AI is added only when language, classification, extraction or judgment support is useful.

BUILD YOUR BOT

Show us the repetitive workflow.

Tell us what starts the process, which systems are involved, what rules people follow today and what the bot should do. We will map the safest implementation.
